Consumming an external web service (WSDL) that uses NTLM authentication

Has anyone solved how to consume a web service that uses NTLM authentication?

I am try to consume a web service and I cannot even get past the first step of the consume web service wizard

I have tried everything i can find to try to get autheticated properly, it appeasrs there are hooks in peoplesoft to authenticater, but why only with Basic authentication?

So, if anyone has found a workaround, it would help greatly
