Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC)

Rating status becomes 9

The Rating status in the Transportation table F4941 becomes 9 randomly for orders.The same rate set up works for all orders.

I logged a case with Oracle but it is not possible to replicate the scenario.

can anyone suggest guidelines on thsi .
