Changing Value of Third Party Control Acc. Qualifier

Hi,
I'm in 12.1.3 and we have some accounts misclassified at Third Party Control Account Qualifier level, it's has been set yo Yes and it's No.
These accounts have value and it's not possible to create a new account.
There is any process to do this without risks?
