Issue in XSL-XML template

Hi All,
 I have a requirement to change the Excel template to xsl-xml template. I saved the excel template as XML spreadsheet and convert that spreadsheet as XSL file using software and attached the stylesheet
with xml publisher.

When i run the report, it ends with warning and also  there is no information about errors in LOG file.

Please help me.
