Call iStore from iSupport such that it opens in a new page

Hello Gurus

We want to call iStore from iSupport so that iStore opens in a new page. This is required since the users concurrently want to use some functionality in iSupport while placing an order in iStore. We have performed this by calling iStore from a function. HOwever, when we access iStore and go back to iSupport, iStore session details get overwritten. Is there a way so that these do not get overwritten?
