Can we populate Inventory Org ID in Service Contracts when using as stand alone with AR and without

We are implementing Oracle service contracts as a stand alone module. We are not using Order management.

Service contracts main billing program is picking the Item from Master Inventory Org and processing Contract. There are Inventory Org specific Items which need to be picked from the specific Organizations. Since it is picking from Master Inventory Organization, the AutoInvoice program is failing because of the Inventory Org ID.
Can we populate Inventory Org ID in Service Contracts? If, yes, then how?
