When I try to create the Bank Accounts on Receipt Class form, Get ERROR: APP-FND-01016: Routine FDFR

Hi

When I try to create the Bank Accounts on Receipt Class form, 

Get ERROR: APP-FND-01016: Routine FDFRKS: Unknown structure ID 0 for flexfield code GL# with application ID 101

We are implementing a new AR Organization.

I have checked the next profiles:

OE: Set of Books
MO: Operating Unit

And this are correct.

Some suggestion for resolve this issue???
