Error Unable to communicate with the agent

Hi expert, My system using grid control 11gr1 to monitor databases 10g, On target databaser server i install oracle agent 10g, I have database call center manager of may company,  when i login to  grid control set metrics " Example:Current Open Cursors Count" for this database i received 1 message error "Error Unable to communicate with the agent. The agent may be down" , I check agent on target database, it is up. I had stop, secure, start agent, grid server but not solve this error. On other target database everything is ok, nothing error when same action. Please help me other action to solve this error.
