CRS-5005: IP Address: 10.250.131.23 is already in use in the network

Hi,

I am installing 2 node RAC 11g 11.2.0.3 on ASM with RHEL 5.5

My SCAN is on DNS (three IPs) no physical interface assignment. On node 2 when i run root.sh it gives error that SCAN IP is assigned on the network. Why it is like that? It is started by node 1 and before that it was not assigned to any other physical interface.
