EE Deduction DBA on Plan master not calculating

Hello, 

We have a Plan Master setup for LTD which requires 6 DBAs; some with table calcs and have marked with 'Calculate for all'.  The EE deduction is the last DBA to calculate, however, it is the only one that does not.  When processing an interim, the DBA does not show up on the DBA review either.  We have validated the Basis of Calculation and all appears correct. We have have used the Calculate for all as a test and then it did calculate, however, we have several thousand employees so that is not ideal......

Any ideas out there?  Appreciate it!
