Changing the hostname after the database (Oracle DB 11g R2) has been installed.

Hi,
We want to change the host name of our test server in which an Oracle Database 11g R2 has been already installed. Is there a way to have the database recognize the change without re installing or cloning the database? IP address of the machine will still be the same.
