How to Display data in tree format

Hi Friends,
I am working on a wired client requirement on BI Publisher report.  I am supposed to come up with a BIP report which should display the data in a tree format.  For example, if there is a region hierarchy (which has Region --> Country --> Division --> Market --> Office), I have to show the data in a hierarchical manner.

The below screenshot (which was taken from a simillar OBIEE report) depicts my actual requirement. 


Is there an option to get such a display possible?
