R12 Upgrade with u6678700.drv fails for MSCXURO.sql and PO_DEL_LOOKUP_CODES_AC_ACTIONS.sql

   Good Morning.

   

   Issue:

   ---------------

To upgrade our EBS from 11.5.10.2 to R12, user is applying patch u6678700.drv, merge with patch 7303029 and 9165042. Adpatch option is adpatch options=nocopyportion,nogenerateportion.

But we're getting error as below:

FAILED: file MSCXURO.sql  on worker  1.

FAILED: file PO_DEL_LOOKUP_CODES_AC_ACTIONS.sql on worker  2.

It seems like there is no data on fnd_lookup_values that matches conditions in MSCXURO.sql.
