Inter-organization Transfer Report

Dear all,
Can any one suggest If any standard report exists for inter organization transfer , say a detailed report displaying transacted quantity, intransit quantity, quantity yet to be received can anyone upload a custom query that provides the details regarding the above requirement , which helps me in resolving issue regarding inter org transfers.
