Arabic words are not displyed in PDF output formt ,but displyed in RTF output formt

HI

we are using BI Publisher (ver10.1.3.4.1) with Siebel(ver:8.1.1.4)

we have developed one report and it is working fine ,but when some words were in Arabic (like name value,Address value) they are displying like ????? in PDF output format.

The same report,when out put format is RTF or Excel Arabic content displyed as same in database.

Could any one help us how to display the arabic content when output format is PDF ?
