ops center 12c : email notification profile adds in incorrect user name

I configured email notification profiles for my user in Ops Center

email : Incident severity -- critical

email address: myemail@work
mailhost : localhost
port: 25
mail user name : (left empty)
mail password (left empty)
connection security : STARTTTLS

next and finish to save

After this I expected to receive some email notifications, but nothing came through.  I sent a test email from the command line which was delivered successfully.   I went back to the email notification profile and found it magically changed.  The mail user name now contains "myemail@work".  I deleted it, next and finish, but when I go back in the username is back.
