Legal entity administrator and Account set up manager in General Ledger

Hi,
I have created a new legal entity through legal entity configarator, instead of creating it through Account set up manager in General Ledger. 

After that I move to Account set up manager in General Ledger to attach the created legal entity to ledger. But it is unable to find the created legal entity by search by legal entity option in Account set up manager.

Can anyone please explain me the reason...!
