Must all data to be migrated at time of upgrade, or can some of them be migrated later as well ?

I am looking for instructions on how to upgrade additional periods of data from 11i structure to R12 format .

Could some one please help with the next details ?

Currently we are not able to access subledger data in periods that were not migrated during the R12 upgrade.
1. What program should be run to migrate additional periods beyond what was converted in the initial migration?  

2. What parameters should be used?  

3. There are used  AR, AP, WIP, Cost, INV, Engineering, Service, Quoting, and Sales. 

4. What has to be done for each module?
