Payroll process in GL, AP

Hi

We have General Ledger, Payables & Cash management module implemented. Payroll is not implemented.
How can we manage payroll entries ? How can we manage advance against salary & its adjustment in the monthly salary.

Payroll entries

Salary Expense           Dr
Salary Payable            Cr
Tax Payable                Cr
EOBI                            Cr
Employee                    Cr

Advance Adjustment:

Salary Payable            Dr
Advance to Staff        Cr

Requirement:
How can we manage the complete salary process: Recording of salary information, maintaining of employee advance information
