US PAY: R12.0.6 NACHA - Having issues retreiving bank files

We are currently using BOL-FTP to retreive the NACHA files to send to the bank and the process is taking 10 minutes to sometimes 1 hour to process.  I am looking to improve the process.  Any suggestions?  The application is hosted by Ondemand.
