Patch 13784545: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread

Ref 3-5759402371:  I am applying patch 13784545 on VCP Dev and two workers status show running, checked the worker log and found the error Error occurred during initialization of VM
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread.

This is critical patch and need to apply and projects are waiting on this.

Uploading the 2 adworker logs with the error.
