High Availability of JDE Servers

Hi All,

we have two servers for JDE Enterprise8.12 and database SQL 2008 both are in windows 2008 cluster environment and active. when node1 get down then node2 take all the things but during failover JDE or SQL service take offline and come online so users get error while they working. how to resolve this problem that users can not feel anything during failover. can anyone please tell me.
