Inventory Min-Max Planning Report Gives Reorder Quantity More Then Max MinMax Quantity

HI,

 Version: R12.1.3

Steps I Followed to Create Min Max in Sub Level:

è  Define a Item

è  Assign the Item to Organization

è  Setup the MinMax Planning Sub-Inventory Level

Min Qty	Max Qty	Fixed Lot Multiple	Min Order	Max Order
20	400	16	16	80

 Source Sub Inv : Store  (On Hand : 1000)

Destination Inv: FGI  (On Hand : 10)

 After Running the Min-Max Planning Report : The Reorder Quantity is showing 400 , instead of 384.

 How Quantity is 384

 Current OnHand is : 10

Need of Replishment “ 400-10 = 390

Max Number Picks can be Done By Max Order Qty : 390 % 80 = 4 Picks (Means : 320)

Remaining : 390 -320= 70

Max Number Picks can be Done By Min Order Qty : 70 % 16 = 4 Picks (Means : 64)

Remaining:  70 – 64 = 6

So Total Reorder Qty : 320+64 = 384
