Cannot create Payment Batch - There are no Periods available in the dropdown LOV
R12 - 12.1.3
We have a Multi Organization environment (17 UOs).
We were able to create a couple of Payment Batches (for one Operating Unit, and one Paygroup) and then pay them. Lets call OU1 (OU that works) and PG1 (Paygroup that works).
Now we can only create Payment Batches for that Operating Unit and that Paygroup (OU1 and PG1 combination).
We cannot create a new payment batch nor for any other Operating Unit (different from OU1) and any other Paygroup), neither different Paygroup for the Operating Unit that works ( OU1 ).
