two installation of Essbase on same Linux server

Hello, I have installed installed two Essbase instaces on same Linux servers.  They are on 2 different mount, installed with 2 different users and the agent port are different.  Also the port range it different.  However I can not run them simultaneously.  If I shutdown one of them the other one runs.  They are registered with different shared service.  Can be port conflict, but can't figure out why?
