Payroll - Element5s - Create Retro Elements

When trying to create retro elements, based on existing elements, I manage to setup the retro element, retro links, but when I try to setup the parent details,  Iget an error "PAY_33162_RCU_TOO_MANY_DEF", after calling the procedure pay_rcu_ins.ins .

Anyone any ideas on how to resolve this error. I am relatively new to Payroll RetroPay.
