Patch 5872462: 11i - Payables - Questions On Pre-Req Patches

patch 5872462 has 3 Pre-Req Patches

They are:
11i.SCM_PF.J - Patch 11i.SCM_PF.J
11i.JTA.D - Patch 11i.JTA.D (JTA 11.5.7.6)
11i.FND.H - Patch 11i.FND.H

The last one "11i.FND.H" is already applied,

But the first 2 are not in the FND Installations, so, how do we find the patches to upgrade the level of JTA and SCM_PF.
Are they really necessary?
For what product are they?
