how do limit the parameters value based on user log on responsibility

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question
Dear all

During report design  in oracle EBS concurrent program , how do limit the parameters value based on user log on responsibility ? whether there is or not  ledger_id  parameter  among the parameters, I mean besides :$PROFILES$.GL_ACCESS_SET_ID.
