How print the last page of a document on the back side of the penultimate page

I need to print the last page (Terms and Conditions) of a BIP report on the back of the previous page only.Find attached the template + xml + pdf. The pdf has 3 pages in this example. I want to print the last page (Terms and Conditions) on the back side (sided-printing) of page 2 only.
Do you know if there is a possibility to set-up it into the template? Unless it is a specific printer set-up?
