11.5.10.2 ASCP Centralized Install

We have installed ASCP with the source and target instances on the same server. No database links are defined.

We followed the setup steps in the User Guide, and verified with SQL queries that data has been populated in the MSC tables, after running Standard Collections.

Navigate: Advanced Supply Chain Planner->Supply Chain Plan->Names

The system returns and ORA-1403 error and the form does not open.

Any thoughts or hints?
