Upgrade R12.0 to R12.1.1. What are all the patches required?

Upgrading from R12.0 to R12.1.1  It is in 32 bit OEL 5 environment.

Can you plz tell us the exact patch details(number) for both the Database (10.2.0.2 to 11.1.0.7) and application (  R12.0.0 to R12.1.1) . It is single node architecture.

It is not a ASM file system DB . It is normal file system.
