11gR2 and Windows 2008 - automatic shutdown issue

We have recently installed oracle 11gR2 on Windows 2008 , we have set up the ORA_SID_SHUTDOWN and ORA_<span class="codeinlineitalic">SID</span>_SHUTDOWNTYPE and ORA_<code><span class="codeinlineitalic">SID</span>_SHUTDOWN_TIMEOUT properly in the regedit ,

<font face="'Courier New'">but when we shutdown the Windows 2008 server the oracle database crashes instead of doing a proper shutdown.</font>
