Webform built in ODM will automatically notify 'Contact Owner'

When creating a Survey using a Webform in ODM, with the Notification Email that our Quality Manager receives (this is setup in the Program in the Post Registration Email section), I'm wondering if it is possible to put in a tag that will automatically notify the Contact Owner as well. ??
