Version A.73 Cum 11. Combining like Supplier/Vendors with AP Ledger detail

I am in the process of trying to start maintenance on our Address Book(F0101)/AP Ledger(F0411) with in regards to solving the problem of having several vendors of the same name and address, but under different Address Book supplier/vendor numbers, and having AP Ledger information associate with each number.  Problems occur when trying to look at historical AP data that is tied to one vendor, but may be assigned to mulitple Address book suppliers due to the duplicate supplier numbers(AN8).

The problem resulted from either an untrained eye creating duplicates entries into the Address Book(F0101), or possible human error when looking to setup new vendors.  Amount of duplicate Address Book numbers are estimated to be in the 1,000s.
