DGMGRL remote connect

Hi All,

I have recently configured Dataguard with primary, standby and observer in third server. I want to connect from Observer server through dgmgrl with out entering/prompting for  SYS password. I have transferred by password file to Observer host but when I am trying to connect I am hitting the below error.

DGMGRL>connect /@tns
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

Also when we connect from DGMGRL using connect /  it connects using which user?
