Applying patch 9239090  fails on:

Connecting to APPS......Unable to connect.

AutoPatch error:
The following ORACLE error:

ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of APPS.MULTI_ORG_LOGON_TRIGGER
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges


occurred while executing the SQL statement:

CONNECT APPS/*****

AutoPatch error:
Error connecting to APPS account after evaluating "Check Object"

Validate that the object MULTI_ORG_LOGON_TRIGGER exists and is VALID
