Misc Receipt - 500,000 Qty

Hi,

A business user submitted Misc Receipt Transaction with 500,000 quantity of serial controlled item.

Request is still running after 6 hours.

Can anyone help me in diagnosing ;

1-  what is going on in the system

2- how I can monitor the progress

3- What is current status of this request, concurrent request is still in Running status.

4- Can I improve performance during processing
