What exactly replaced Configuration Service Tracker(CST) in Solaris?

I have a cu that has asked a question that I used to have the answer to but now I am not so sure. 

The question is: "Is there a way to tell from when a Solaris server entered into the environment, all the changes that have occurred from that point of time?"

I remember using CST for this in the past but I have no idea what replaced it.   Maybe OEM Ops Center??
