EBS 12.1.3 Upgrade: HRMS Legislative Patching requirements

Upgrading to  12.1.3

Would like to know the HR localizations and legislation patching requirements on r12 HRMS module.

Additionally, does HRGlobal.drv need to be executed after the upgrade? if yes, please let us know the steps and details
