Bug with Talent Profile Screen

Hi All,

When using the Oracle Talent Profile page as a home page for employee self service , I have come across two issues and plan to proceed with SRs. I just wanted to check them on this forum prior to that.

a) If an employee has a date effective change in the future for their person record, they get an error when they login and click on employee self service. This only happens when the effective date of the change is the very next day in comparision to when the employee is logging in. (For eg, if my name change is effective 20-Jun-2012, I will get the error when I login on 19-Jun-2012.). If the change is on any other date in the future, the error does not show up.
