some time report user see "REP-501 : The specified database cannot be connected" for few min.

Hi, i am install and configure oracle 11g 64 bit oracle apps and report server in windows 2008 enterprise edition 64 bit.

my weblogic version is wls1032_generic.jar
and fmw version is ofm_pfrd_win_11.1.1.2.0_64

but problem is that some time my end user get the error "REP-501 : The specified database cannot be connected" for few moment after then automatically it become right order.
when i see the report engine log it shows the belows error:



REP-501 : The specified database cannot be connected.

at oracle.reports.engine.EngineClassPOA._invoke(EngineClassPOA.java:104)
