Diagnostic/Report for GL Setups

Dear Frns,

I am new to implementation and would like to know if there is any report or diagnose available to verify if all the required/important setup have been completed or not for a particular OU/Application(AR,AP,FA,GL,PA).

Is this possible? if yes, please provide me the step or note id or document.
