Can't inspect a line in Oracle Inventory having a Quantity 0.000007

Hi,

I Can't inspect a line in Oracle Inventory having a Quantity 0.000007  (related to a Purchase Order). Oracle Truncate the quantity to 0 and block the ispection with error message "No transaction Processed for quantity of zero". 

Please Help us reslove this case.  It's block the invoice.
