1099 Forms

Hi ,

The 1099 forms Report detail report does not show supplier-type payments made before the upgrade from applications release 11.5.9 to Release 12.1.3

while running 1099 form in R12 we are not able to see the data pleae find the below error message

This report failed because the program encountered the following supplier exception: Supplier name: ACCURATE CNC MACHINING Reason : TIN not 9 digits. Please resolve all exceptions listed on the 1099 Supplier Exceptions Report and the 1099 Invoice Exceptions Report before resubmitting this program.

Please help me on this.
