Master incidents

I Want to create a master incident and want to add some SRs to that incident.

For example, if link goes down then all network devices are not reachable, so no.of SRs are generated by this. I want to create a master incident and want to map all the SRs to that incident because SRs generated are due link down only.

Please provide me the step to configure the master incident.
