Create Accounting program ends with Warning and showing error 95353

Hello All,
Create Accounting program is completing with warning and there are events in error 95353. Following is the error message.

Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination using the account derivation rule Assets Book Default Account for Offset owned by Oracle. Please review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid accounting flexfield combination for the source values passed for the transaction.
