Production Hardware requirements for EBS R12.1 for approx 100 users

Hi,

can someone point me to a document in metalink regarding hardware requirements for 100 users. In your personal experiences and if you are running EBS R12.1, what type of hardware you are using (CPU, RAM, Network, Disk etc..)?

We are running Financial family modules (AR, AP, FA, CE, INV etc...)

We are planning on separating the database tier from the apps tier and for THE time being it will be one single apps tier but this can change down the line.

Also beside Oracle VM, does Oracle support VMware for instance ? Because of cost and amazon cloud as being the infrastructure already, we are thinking of putting Dev and training environments on VMs...Any view on this ?
