inspite of approving whole Quotation can we approve one or more that one line of a quotation

 we have make requisiton of 5 diffrent items and after the approval of requisiton we have to make RFQ and in that RFQ we also call various supplier (say 3) now i have to make the 3  Quotation's from these theree suppliers and also write the prices of each supplier in their respective quotation now the procurement commitee inspite of improving one whole quotation had approved 2 items from supplier 1, 2 items from supplier 2, and 1 item from supplier 3. now in oracle can we do that or not ????
