OEM 12c Deploying Agents issues

 OEM 12c Cloud Control running on AIX 64 Bit 6.1
Repository DB running on another AIX 64 Bit 5.3 Server.

Slow response.  Trying to get the agent deployed to this server?   To help diagnose any repository DB issues.

I have attempted the OEM Agent Deployment 3 times unsuccessfully (Note: successfully deployed to other boxes).

Question is:  How is the easiest way to quickly remove all traces of 12c agent (without touching the 10g Agent - running on a different port) and then re-installing the 12c Agent?
