How to determine target patch level for 12.1.3?

Hi:

I am  currently running 12.1.3, implemented early in 2011.   Our main modules/functions we use are iStore, Inventory, Order Management, WIP, BOM, Configurator.

We are in the middle of a large infrastructure upgrade, set to go live end of this year (Dec 2012), I would like to get current with respect to application patch levels as part of this upgrade.

What is the best way to determine what is out there and current with respect to patchsets or familly packs for the modules I am using?
